For viewing ESRI GIS shapefiles. I know this is a specialized topic, but it is something very much desired for those who cannot afford to take ArcGIS out of the office.
Portable: Ran depends and Registry Scanner.
Single file: FloppyGIS.exe filesize:645k
Creates two subdirectories Projects and Images on first run. All files saved go there.

The sample files show the world and the status bar shows latitude and longitude. Ther are many sites to get ESRI georeferenced files for any part of the world.
