I only put the settings that I always used and familiar in JauntePE. This will keep the tool simple, easy to use and avoid question that I don't have the answer later.

Update to version 0.6. It is growing more maturely as now you can drop any config ini instead of limiting itself to the _Normal2.ini,_Normal3.ini, etc. Also i have added new Exception settings for Registry, File System, Module and Child App.
Update to version 0.7
The new GUI should "feel" better than the previous version.
You can also pass the full path or relative path to JPEConfigModifier.exe as parameter for a quick open. Example of use
- Just drop the configuration ini straight forward into JPEConfigModifier.exe
-Or create shortcut of JPEConfigModifier.exe and then put the shortcut in SendTo folder. Next time, you can simply right-click on the configuration ini >SendTo>JPEConfigModifier to open the file
In version 0.8, JPE Config Modifier is back to a standalone executable again. This reduce the size from 1.5Mb --> 330Kb. Also added a simple technique to create configuration ini through Tools > Create Configs menu
I have one request:
-Under "Advanced Configuration > Exceptions > File System", would it be possible to add a checkbox list of most commonly used file locations (eg. my documents, desktop, etc.)?

Thank you
I try my best to look into your request but it require time as the app is actually growing together with my current skill in Autoit.
