Waterproof's Regular Expression Editor

Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Waterproof's Regular Expression Editor

Ran this with RegMon and FileMon and did not see it access anything. It stores its settings in a ini file in its app directory.

If I missed something while watching it, let me know please.
