Hot Spot Studio

Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

I rewrote the program description a bit. Since I haven't tested the program yet, it may not be accurate to what the program actually does but I tried to make it clearer.
