AskAdmin is a Freemium Application . Freemium is a combination of the words "free" and "premium" used to describe a business model that offers both free and premium services. The freemium business model works by offering simple and basic services for free for the user to try and more advanced or additional features at a premium.

Premium Features (Need registration) Are:

1. Export - Import feature
2. Protect AskAdmin with Password
3. Adding more than 10 items to the block list (Usually corporations need)
4. Restrictions can be applied for different users (non registered users block list affects all users)

i like it, works well from what I can tell.
I'm not sure how its steath though because of what it does... but still portable

As Baas pointed out, this program has gone shareware (Softpedia is listing it as a demo). I can make the last freeware version available, but would much rather link to a real mirror site if anyone cares to track one down.

AskAdmin was updated in January 2022.

1. [ FIXED ] – Ask Admin does not hide the password when assigning a password
2. [ FIXED ] – The font in the main interface is too small

Some updated notes on AskAdmin:

Prompts you restart Explorer to implement a block but seemed to work even if I skipped that step. Includes some nice extras like blocking Microsoft standard programs like Settings, Network Browser, and Microsoft Store.

Status: Portable, writes to AskAdmin.ini Tested v1.8

License: Liteware, password controls requires registration.
