Auslogics Registry Defrag - no longer freeware

So this software appears to have gone trialware/shareware. http://www.portablefreeware.com/index.php?id=1432

I went looking for the last freeware version hopefully hosted somewhere, but PC World has a version listing much earlier than ours that is listed as non-freeware.

Has it gone freeware again? The website says 100% free. Version is now 7.4.1.0.
