• Synopsis: Toppy is utility that allows you to easily control which windows stay on top simply by using keyboard hot keys. After you have run Toppy, pressing WinKey + Arr[i]WinKey + ArrowwUp[/i] will sl set the active window toe window to sttay on toop, and pressinsing [i]WinKey + ArrowrowDown[/i] will set the window back to normal. Unlike some similar programs, this one seems to work on 'child windows'.
• How to extract: Download the ZIP package and extract to a folder of your choice. Launch [i]Toppy.exe[/i].
