SimpleOCR

Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

This app is already in the reject list because the settings are written to SoftWriting.ini in C:\WINDOWS. The version downloaded from winpenpack exhibits the same problem.
