As always, there's a zip only version - and as always, none of my programs use the registery at all.

Hello all,
Just thought I'd let you know that I updated the downloads for tabbyCalc on the website (8/21). There were problems with using negitive numbers (and a couple of smaller bugs), and I decided to fix them right away rather than wait for the next release. Since it was only a couple of bug fixes, I didn't change the version number or anything, so if you downloaded it before 8/21, grab it again!
thanks
brad

Re: tabbyCalc v1.2
Website and download link for the greatest calculator ever, TabbyCalc, are down. Any alternatives?
Re: tabbyCalc v1.2
Try http://www.freewarefiles.com/TabbyCalc- ... 20215.html, this is the setup version, I suppose it can be UniExtracted.
Re: tabbyCalc v1.2
You got me wrong! My fault, sorry!
I meant alternative sheet calculators, not links for tabbyCalc.

Ah! Any alternatives? I thought you meant download links. I just use calc.exe!! but I'm a 2+2 type of person.

@ Joby_toss, take a look here

I'm still using TabbyCalc, but MoffSoft is pretty cute. Wrapped with JauntePE, works great for me.

I use SpeedCrunch. I find it to be quite versatile.joby_toss wrote:Website and download link for the greatest calculator ever, TabbyCalc, are down. Any alternatives?
Re: tabbyCalc v1.2
I just love the way tabbyCalc can mimic a sheet of paper.
I am very sad that it's not developed anymore!
I plan to upgrade to Win7x64 in about half a year, so I would welcome an actively developed alternative (unless tabby works ok on win7x64 and in this case I'm saved - maybe an owner of win7x64 could test tabby and let me know if it works).
SpeedCrunch and Moffsoft FreeCalc are very good, but they are tape-calculators, not sheet-like ones (can't edit previous calculations).
Thanks!

Re: tabbyCalc v1.2
Actually, with SpeedCrunch you can edit previous calcs. you just have to double click the calc you want to edit and it will re execute the equation. Plus i find the ANS variable extremely useful as you can easily use the previous answer in a new calculation.joby_toss wrote:SpeedCrunch and Moffsoft FreeCalc are very good, but they are tape-calculators, not sheet-like ones (can't edit previous calculations).!

joby_toss,
TabbyCalc seems to work fine for me on 64-bit Win7.

I know it's been a long time, and I am sorry the website went down etc, but stuff happens! Anyway, till this day I still use tabbyCalc for myself, so here's some direct download links on one of my servers to the final versions:
