Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Doesn't support drag'n'drop, doesn't have "always on top" feature; it also takes you automatically to the rizonetech website as long as in MD5calc.ini file you have "Home=0" under "General" section. To avoid that you should create this .ini file prior to first start with the following contents:

Having all this said, I will vote for this app as it is portable but I am confident it will not be popular at all (as it is now; maybe the developer will make it better).
More portable apps, the better...people will have more to choose from.

I know for a fact the developer visits this site, Beep Codes Viewer is another piece of software they develop. I personally use Hasher. But I support your theory of more choice!
