NoDrives Manager is a free, simple tool for hiding Windows logical
drives by modifying the registry. The hidden drives are still accessible but they are not visible in the Windows Explorer.

additional QtCore4.dll,QtGui4.dll,mingwm10.dll(4.79MB).
Please be carefull: this programs honours it's name: Yes, its hides the the drives letter, but it won't allow you to get it back! (Win 7 pro, 64bit).
