Wallpaper Master automatically changes your background wallpaper with a wide range of options. You can create your own categories using images on your computer, letting it cycle through automatically in whatever order you specify. In shuffle mode, listed order, or based on your personal ratings. The program also has auto-size options to make sure your images are displayed with optimal size.

To manually set the path to wallpaper to the application directory or a sub-directory just use the pathway setting as a period, seems to work on my machine at least. Vista SP1
