DriverView displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system. For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver, description, version, product name, company that created the driver, and more.

XMPlay is a skinnable audio player that plays all major audio formats and includes gapless playback, effects, equalizer, net streaming. More features are available using plugins, including visualizations, more format support, cover art and more. Note that the library and playlist will not work as you change PCs.

Can play MP3, WMA, M4A, OGG and more, as well as output to WAV, MP3 OGG etc. (via external encoders).

Alternatively, XMPlay is natively portable but does not automatically adjust library and playlist paths: download the ZIP package, extract to a folder of your choice and launch xmplay.exe.

UltraDefrag manages file fragmentation on to improve file access time and overall system speed of magnetic (non-SSD) drives. The program includes quick and full defragmentation modes for frequent or occasional (usually monthly) optimization on NTFS, FAT and exFAT-formatted drives. The program is optimized for efficiency and speed versus other available tools and can be paused mid-defrag. See FAQ for usage suggestions.

Supports over 40 world languages and includes a command-line version.

Alternatively, UltraDefrag Portable switches automatically between the 32/64-bit versions and cleans up the fragmentation details left behind on drives.

DriveLetterView allows you to view the list of all drive letter assignments in your system, including local drives, remote network drives, CD/DVD drives, and USB drives - even if they are not currently plugged in. It also allows you to easily change a drive letter of USB devices and remote network shares, as well as to delete a drive letter of USB device that is not plugged in.

USBLogView runs in the background and records the details of any USB device that is plugged or unplugged into your system. For every log line created by USBLogView, the following information is displayed: Event Type (Plug/Unplug), Event Time, Device Name, Description, Device Type, Drive Letter (for storage devices), Serial Number (Only for some types of devices), Vendor ID, Product ID, Vendor Name, Product Name and more.

You can easily select one or more log records and then export them into csv/tab-delimited/xml/html file.

Defraggler improves drive performance by organizing data at a file system level. Since files over time spread out over a drive, occasional "defragmentation" can help reduce drive seek time. Uniquely, Defraggler can function at a file or folder-level to help clean up specific areas, or the whole disk. The program will also list fragmented files and their locations.

The package includes both 32-bit and a 64-bit versions, as well as a command line program. This tool is not recommended for SSD drives or other flash-based media.

ColorPix is a simple color picker that gives you RGB, HEX, HSB and CMYK values that can be copied with shortcut keys or single left mouse click. It has a collapsible magnifier (max. 28x) and can stay on top of other windows.

DriveImage XML allows you to backup any logical drive or partition to an image file, even if the drive or partition is currently in use. You can browse an image file, view/extract files from it, or restore the image to the same or different drive. It also has a function to help you clone one hard disk to another.

AkelPad is a plain text editor focused on speed and a small size. The program includes unicode support, available single-document and tabbed interfaces, unlimited file size, and multi-level undo, etc.

Alternatively, AkelPad Portable portablizes recent files and search history and has both the 32- and 64-bit versions together and chooses the right one. X-AkelPad is also available.
