WinBar is a system monitoring utility that provides information on CPU, memory, hard disk, battery etc. in a collapsible bar located at the top of the screen. It has various modules that you can enable/disable that provides access to a wide range of functions, including email, news, network time synchronization, application launcher etc.
WinBar is available in 32 and 64 bit editions.

BUG (Bytessence Userbar Generator) is a fast and small program that helps you create userbars for use as forum signatures. It was built to simplify the design process so you don't have to use complicated drawing programs and decrease creation time. It offers many image effects and supports 32-bit alpha-blended graphics.
