TCP Optimizer provides an easy way to optimize Windows' networking parameters. The developers tried to take into account all related RFCs, the Microsoft TCP/IP implementation oddities and verify that only the necessary Registry parameters were changed.

Once upon a time this pgm. was great and very useful, but for the last few windoze OS it didn't seem to help at least when I used it. I don't wanna say anything bad about this pgm. cuz I have no doubt that for many, many OS systems it is a real game changer and will greatly improve system speed and performance. |

@webfork: Thanks a lot, however, it still does not work for me. Either it is a problem with my machine or Instagram has changed something after the last update of InstagramSaver. I would be happy to hear if it does work for others. |
