"Sessions" can be set with various customizations set to a particular setting (e.g. a picture folder set to thumbnails, a logs folder set to "details" and a program folder with desktop-like icons), and multiple sessions can be set for different folder sets based on tasks such as work, home, play, etc.

Unlike similar programs, CubicExplorer is built for ease-of-use and ability to adapt to your environment rather than a broad feature set, but includes some advanced features such as filtering, file preview, search, a built-in text editor with syntax highlighting support, and more. Multiple instances of the program can be run simultaneously.
