OpalCalc is new type of calculator using natural language to function like Notepad or a word processor. It lets you build text with numbers adjacent to sums over multiple lines so you can quickly go back and adjust your previous calculations with the answers auto-updating on the fly. Gridy adds an invisible grid on your desktop so that any window you move or resize is snapped to it. This helps maximize screen real estate by making windows placed adjacent to each other dynamically adjust to avoid overlapping.

Ant Renamer provides many options for the batch renaming of files and folders. The program includes the ability to change file extension, replace/insert/move strings, change case, even give files random names. The program can even rename based on date and time (great for scanned files) or using exif/mp3 tag info (making metadata the file name), or regular expressions. File renaming can be previewed before execution and changes can be added to a batch file and saved for future use.

Simple Duplicate Finder helps track down similar files either to delete extras and save space or to compare versions. While most duplicate-searching programs are looking for exact copies, SDF uses a Percentage Search, allowing you to adjust the percentage difference required for a file to be considered a duplicate. Once scanned, the program will display the number of bytes which differ as well as the specific percentage match between files.

This is useful for example with metadata: when Windows Image Import tool downloads pictures from your digital camera, additional XML data is inserted into the images and video files, including a timestamp of when the image was downloaded to the computer. Although the image is identical in every way to its original, the file will appear as unique. SDF can detect these files and help remove them.
