17MB for a calendar program is to much ...
Great for interfacing with various online calendars like Google Calendar and all the iCal calendars out there, or can be used locally to create your own. Using the ICS format, Sunbird connects with MANY other programs and lets you subscribe to an unlimited number of calendars you can dynamically show or hide to see what happens when. (This critically useful function is disabled for the freeware Rainlendar, a similar product.)
I like this app a lot, i have installed on my computer, and use it daily.
The only drawback i see for being a portable is its size :(
I recently used this program to parse out an ICS file with a bunch of duplicates and data that wouldn't show up properly in other viewers. The export to HTML and CSV was enormously helpful. Even though it hasn't been updated in over a decade, it still works great.
