It helps to read the Readme file packed with the application.

So that takes care of everything above except the difficulty of activating the menu (not Z'Panel) on a dual monitor, and the command line directory problem.
(WinXP Pro SP2)

Okay, I can't figure out how to access the .exe launcher function (is that the Z'Menu in the setup dialog? what is Zero-Zero-Menu?) nor the browser search bar or Google search bar. I discovered I could type into the system monitor box, but it doesn't launch a search... unless this app only supports Internet Explorer. The active browser is Firefox.

The Z'Panel (I assume that's what appears in the top left corner of the display) is very difficult to activate, especially when I'm using dual monitors and the mouse pointer pops too easily over to the second monitor, which is on the left in my setup.

I'm not sure what Swazz Z'Star is, either. It appears to do nothing when I select it.

Also, the command line won't stay in the directory I change to. I'm running SWAZZ portably on WinXP SP2. My portable drive is F: today. If I tell it to cd back to the C drive, it does that but pops right back into the F drive... so I'm at the F command prompt instead of C, no matter what I do.

weird thing! but i like it and it works without problems.
you have to get used to it to realize that it works properly: e.g. right-clicking means "closing".
some of the functions are quite useful the others can be disabled ;-)

This is great little app! Its makes for very simple exe launcher. I like the menu function as well nice for a thumbdrive with a few portable apps.

Good app. I've been using it for a while now, mainly for displaying system resources in a little box at the top of my screen, which doubles as an address bar for the system default browser.

There's a menu that pop's up when you move your mouse pointer to the top left corner of the screen that let's you access the application settings, which are mostly well documented in a longish text file.

My gripes: graphics wise, it's pre-windowsXP; it can't be run from the registry (HKCU/Run), because then it doesn't know where its settings are and it reverts to defaults (you get an error, if you try to force it). Otherwise a good light utility, if some of its functionality appeals to you.

i agree seems useful, but its a very strange program, on first run it changes my desktop background to a some clocks, tries to connect to the internet and than closes unexplained, ive let it connect and then it crashes. its interface is somewhat nonexistant.

Seems to be a good application. Just a problem. I don't know how to use it. For example: Alarm. I typed, let say, 12:30 and clicked 'activate' then the message comes : SWAZZ.EXE has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Other functions: far away to use.

nah, i worried about this kinda thing too. If i ever get to the point that i give up on finding a particular piece of software that i start writing my own, i'd prolly just put everything i wanted to have into it. why wouldn't i want just one app that did everything i wanted?

It's a good thing you have a miscellaneous category.
Seriously, SQL client and tetris in the same app...Why?? Must have been feature creep.
