NetResView displays the list of all network resources (computers, disk shares, and printer shares) on your LAN. As opposed to "My Network Places" module of Windows, NetResView display all network resources from all domains/workgroups in one screen, and including admin/hidden shares.

How to extract: | Download the ZIP package and extract to a folder of your choice. Launch NetResView.exe. Optionally, download oui.txt to the same folder to view the company name of the MAC address. |

A great way to see what services are available over your network. Its easier to use compared to the excellent SoftPerfect Network Scanner (http://www.portablefreeware.com/index.php?id=730, but with fewer features.
Note that on some networks, especially large ones, the program will appear to have crashed. Give it about 5-10 minutes before closing the window.
To access Windows or Samba network shares, right click and choose "Open in Explorer".
