SeqDownload downloads an image file on a time scale you set to your local drive. Although this is primarily for "live" images updated frequently on the internet, it can also be used for other types of files.
With this, you can easily create a beautiful animation from the downloaded images or simply watch the historical images on your local download folder. On non-image files, you can make sure you always have the very latest file.

i like this download manager because this needs no serial number
This is actually a pretty neat download manager for its size. I removed a lot of the columns to make it more like a download manager and less like a timed download app.
A good backup when I'm not using Opera or Firefox with DownThemAll.
