Sunclad: I have no explanation for your download issues. I was able to download it almost instantly. I can only suggest trying a download from softpedia http://www.softpedia.com/get/Internet/WEB-Design/HTML-Editors/Leafier.shtml
v1.0.1.2
@sunclad
I just downloaded the zip in Chromium (Version 27.0.1415.0 (183025))
I then copied the actual download link > http://www.vieas.com/software/dl/Leafier1012.zip and tried to download using wget (cli) and it returns a 403
Are you using some type of download manager; as it appears to blocking some user agents
v1.0.1.2
A follow up... The host site for this program download is still issuing a 403-forbidden when you click on the zip or exe file. It takes multiple attempts to eventually get this to actually download. I've tried this with various flavors of the Chrome browser, Fire Fox, and others with the same results. It's not my AV blocking it either. This is a specific 403 dedicated page coming from the host site. Is anyone else seeing this? Might they be throttling the number of connections?
I've tried this program and like it and it appears to be under development but getting this to download is becoming a real pain.

v1.0.1.2
In version 1.0.0.1 when I click on some files in the File List window I always get the message "failed to read file." I can't see what the problem is as they are all plain text files with the extension .shtml. Some open and some don't and it doesn't seem to be related to the file size either. I hope this can be fixed because the program looks promising.
v1.0.0.2
@ sunclad: Click on the link "Download" given at the DB entry. Then click on "ZIP".

v1.0.0.2
Either I was crazy or the problem has been fixed. Everything checks out now like it ought to.
v1.0.0.2
Interesting enough, Leafier (x64) does not support the use of the "AltGr"-Key (german keyboard), what makes the use of brackets (who needs brackets for HTML/CSS?) really annoying (you have to insert them by opening the charmap...). Funny deal-breaker...
