Mayakron's excellent programs are currently orphaned, since his site went offline -- look for the latest releases at Softpedia.

Treecopy (available on this site) does what Martijn wants (though I suspect in a year and a half he's found it for himself!)
Is it possible to print the folder tree only, without the files being listed? Tried to exclude the files by entering *.* in the 'Must not contain' box, but that was no help.
Works in Windows 8.1 too.
