Works in Windows 10, but noticed recently that it creates a folder in the temp location
%TEMP%\pdftkb
I haven't found any files created in that location, observing it during a few tests; it is just an empty folder., so PDFTK Builder is not completely stealth in Windows 10 (still my favourite PDF utility since 2003)
v3.10.0
libiconv2.dll does not seem to in setup. Works without it.
v3.10.0
@ Joe: Thanks ... and updated ;)
v3.6
PDFTK Builder works in Windows 7 x64 and Windows 8.1 x64 too.
v3.6
pdftk Builder 3.6 will not break with pdftk 1.44 in my use of it. However, I would really love to use multibackground and multistamp (the main visible additions to 1.4. which Builder 3.6 was built upon). I still haven't found a gui for Windows that takes this into account, so I am using batch files for this specific purpose.
V3.6
The pdftk.exe that comes with this great GUI has moved up 2 versions.
see here: http://www.pdflabs.com/docs/pdftk-version-history/
Is Angus going to update the included pdftk or utilise the new features, improvements & bug fixes
or should users drop in the new pdftk.exe themselves. Is it even compatible?
Can this all time favourite utility be improved upon - Thanks Angus
V3.6
Hey folks, check the real portable version:
http://portableapps.com/news/2009-08-10_-_pdftk_builder_portable_3.6
Did exactly what I needed it to do. Well-done intuitive user interface.
Tried it, wonderful program but it does write to the registry.
So it isn't realy stealth
