Sector Editor is a little program which shows, edits, prints and searches disks sectors. The information is edited in ASCII or hexadecimal. Sectors can be copied and imported/exported from/to files.

This isn't "portable". There are no sources and if you think "portable" means it can be ported from Win
98 to Win XP, well...
At least share the sources so someone else CAN try to make it portable.
