True Launch Bar is an easy and fast program launcher alternative for the standard Quick Launch bar. True Launch Bar allows combining your shortcuts into groups, which appear as popup menus. It includes standard Quick Launch items to improve your shortcut management capabilities and save work space on your desktop.
Supports drag-and-drop and lets you create new menus by right-clicking and selecting "Create menu." Supports quick links to Control Panel, Printers, Network, etc. via Virtual Folders.
