JoyToKey is a keyboard and mouse input emulator for gamepads that lets you bind keystrokes and mouse movements/clicks to your gamepad buttons. This is useful for games that do not support gamepads as well as using your gamepad to control other computer functions such as browsing, controlling media players, and more.

GlovePIE is more powerful than this, and it is portable.
Play games with your wii remote.

I have a PS3 "alike" gamepad. Used it for Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare. I was able to configure all the axis and buttons. Simply perfect! :-D

Requires DirectX6, doesn't support newer versions.

True, but this one is actually a helluva lot more powerful. Also, XPadder's author is selling his program so I'm not sure about if it'll remain freeware. Finally, the latest version of XPadder is unusable for me - the entire GUI turns white and becomes unresponsive whenever I try to do much of anything.

Doesn't XPadder already do this? 2008-01-26 12:18

I recommend XPadder over this one. You can customize it to your specific controller far easier.
