The Open Racing Car Simulator (TORCS) is a car racing simulation system featuring more than 50 cars, 20 tracks, and 50 opponents to race against. You can steer with a joystick or steering wheel if the device is supported by your platform. The gameplay allows different types of races from the simple practice session up to the championship.

The latest version is 1.3.3
The extraction won't do the job. It won't extract all the files and the application will keep crashing. You need to install (use SBIE or whatever) and copy the files

Portable also means no need for install.
and here in prison i have no rights to install anything ;)

I know flash drives are getting bigger capacities, but this, portable? I guess "portable" to me means something around the 100 MB mark.
