Minor but extremely useful interface enhancement -- probably a keeper. Thanks.

Very nice idea, but half-assed execution. Resizes windows that are not supposed to be resized, including tooltips, even when scrolling list boxes where tooltips appear for long lines, which partially leads to application crashes.
